This Pool and patio installation has a little bit of everything on this double lot in St. Louis.

The biggest challenge with this pool landscape design were all the restrictions because of numerous backyard easements. The pool almost had to go right where it is located and then we designed everything else around the pool placement. We also designed keeping in mind there could be a pool house replacing the older house eventually, but wanted it covered for privacy for now. Also, while installing phase 1 we planned for phase 2 for an outdoor kitchen under the pergola. Installation should be minimal because the proper base is already in place.
